The need: greater security and process auditing

Humanitas required a solution capable of boosting security and enabling payment process audits through the profiling of enabled parties and centralised control of authorisations and access. They required respect for signing powers and payment instruction authorisations, existing delegations and security policies to ensure that information was protected throughout the process of generating, authorising and sending electronic slips to the banking system.

Structuring an authorisation workflow with various authorisation levels

Piteco’s Corporate Banking Communication met this need by computerising and managing payment procedures on a dedicated software platform, efficiently governing authorisation flows on the basis of pre-existing powers of attorney and delegations and structuring a workflow across various authorisation levels until the payment order is securely sent to the banking system through remote banking.
