All information present on the Website, including texts, documents, images, graphics, videos, their layout and their adaptations on the website, software, all codes and script formats for implementing the Website (the “Content”) are subject to laws on intellectual property and protected by copyright and authors’ rights (Italian Law no. 633 of 22 April 1941). Piteco protects the privacy of visitors to its website www.Pitecolab.it (the “Website”) by adopting all of the most suitable measures to protect personal data in accordance with the law. This disclosure describes how the information provided by visitors to the website www.Pitecolab.it is processed and how personal data are processed. Any “personal data” collected through the website shall be processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679. The disclosure is for all parties who interact with the web pages of the Website, both those who use the Website without registering and those who go through the specific procedure to register with the Website and use the free services that it provides. The data processing is performed with respect for the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the data subjects, particularly with reference to confidentiality and personal identity and the right to the protection of personal data. Navigation data
This information is not gathered to be associated with the identified data subjects, but by its very nature it may be used to identify users through processing and matching with information held by third parties. Note that the above-mentioned data may be used to assess liability in the event of any cyber crimes against the website of Piteco S.p.A. or

other websites connected or linked to it: without prejudice to this possibility, currently the data on web contacts do not persist for more than a few days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The request to send an email to the addresses specified in the appropriate section of the Piteco website entails the subsequent acquisition of some personal data of the requesters, including their email address, which is required to answer the requests.

Collection of information
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses provided on this website entails the subsequent acquisition by Piteco of the sender’s email address, which is necessary to respond to the sender’s requests (including to send informational materials concerning its products/services), as well as any other relevant personal data. The provision of personal information is optional. The Website visitor’s failure to provide the data, all or in part, shall make it entirely or partially impossible to achieve the purposes described in this disclosure and therefore impossible to respond to any requests sent through the Website. Other information collected by Piteco may be provided automatically when the Website is accessed. This information is not gathered to be associated with the identified data subjects, but by its very nature it may be used to identify users through processing and matching with information held by third parties. It is also permitted to visit the Website anonymously. In that case, Piteco will not be able to recognise the user; therefore, certain benefits deriving from the use of the website may not be available. The personal data provided, collected and made available to Piteco shall be processed with electronic and non-electronic instruments.

Storage of information
The personal data shall be stored only for the time necessary to guarantee the proper provision of the services offered by Piteco or in any event for a period not to exceed 10 years. If an erasure request is made, the data shall be stored for the period permitted by law, without prejudice to any specific legal obligations on the storage of documentation or for public safety reasons. In these cases, the automatic erasure of the data shall be guaranteed. After that period, the data shall be transformed into anonymous form, so as not to permit the identification, even indirectly, of the data subjects.

Purpose of the processing
The processing of personal data (including their registration in the databases of Piteco) is intended exclusively to achieve the following purposes:

a) guaranteeing registration with the Website and the proper provision of the content and services offered by Piteco through the Website and, therefore, to properly and punctually meet all obligations deriving from laws or regulations in force;
b) communicating with the website user and to answer any requests made by the user; The User is free to provide the personal data listed in the special electronic request forms in the sections of the website set up for particular services on request. Please also note that if this information is not provided, it may not be possible to obtain the services offered. The data that you provide shall be processed if you provide your consent for the following additional processing purposes:
• to process your data to manage and organise the event for which you have registered and to send you informational material and invite you to events organised by Piteco which are closest to your area of interest;
• to guarantee access to content reserved for registered users, such as white papers, presentations and recordings of webinars and past events;

Communication – Distribution
PITECO is part of a Group and any personal data collected through the website http://www.Pitecolab.it/ may be transferred to other countries, even outside the European Union, to parent companies, associates and external service companies, even only for technical/IT reasons. In these cases, the data shall be transferred in compliance with binding regulations or, lacking these, if the Data Subject has provided consent. The personal data may also be communicated to:
a) parties (including the Public Authorities) that have access to personal data on the basis of regulatory or administrative measures;
b) any companies, consultants or professionals hired to install, maintain, update and generally manage the hardware and software of Piteco or which Piteco uses to provide its services;

On the Pitecolab website, google analytics has been expanded with the “gat.anonymizelp();” code; this Google Analytics integration renders the user’s IP address anonymous. The anonymisation works by abbreviating User IP addresses within the borders of the Member States of the European Union or in other Countries participating in the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the IP address be sent to the Google servers and abbreviated in the United States.
